early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.
I choose this week's question as to what is your health challenge and what effects health?
My big challenge
I told you above that the secret of a healthy man is that a healthy sleep.l am a very sleepy girl that if I sleep at 7:00 pm, I wake up at 10am at 9:00 am. And it's a lot of sleep. Where I read, 6 to 8 hours of sleep is sufficient for a healthy person. And I wake up late like noon and evening like this. And my mother said control your sleep. This is not good for your health, etc.
Then I challenge myself that I will get up early in the morning. But this is difficult for me because this is a huge challenge but I did it. And now I wake up at 5:00 in the morning and do not sleep after that. I do a lot of my work. And start your day with fresh fruit.
How does my health effects?
In the first two weeks I was very distrub. At first I didn't wake up with the alarm. But when I told my mother, I wake up. My mom is my best alarm😂🤭I had a headache all day because my sleep was not complete. Because I had put my body into a lot of sleep. And it was difficult. And I also had some trouble in breathing. I couldn't usually breathe as an ordinary person breathes. Then I go to the doctor and tell me the problem. He gave me this medicine( stress relief). He thought I had stress these days. There is no doubt that I had some problems and he said I just take this day two days
How do I manage it
My mother was very upset about my health as if a headache was not good all day and she said to leave it. As you get sleep, take the same way, but I don't say and I think of a day's argument between myself and my mother that I quit the challenge. But I didn't. Now my mother advised me to sleep in the afternoon. And gave me my example. She too wakes up early but sleeps in the afternoon and fulfills her sleep. I think this is a good idea and accepted it. I sleep in the afternoon and wake up quickly. Slowly I decide with this routine and now I have adorned the lifestyle. And that's good
Benefits of getting up in the morning
One of the major benefits is that sometimes when I am in the roof, I saw how the sun came out. It's a beautiful look and I think not everyone sees it. And then all the birds shout and their voice is very good. My routine has also changed. I start my day with fruit, milk, or basil seeds. Because then I am busy all day and there is no time to eat fruits. This one of my changes changed the life of good.
