Happy Chooseday 🎉 it's a day for choosing happy but admittedly some days are better than others. A week or so ago, one of the indoor kitties -- Buhawi -- went outside and never came back. I did ask my daily cleaner to be on the lookout 'coz Buhawi went downstairs. The few times I went down, I would call out her name, but I never spotted her.

Buhawi is the kitty on top of this kitty bundle. She grew up indoors and was a year and a half when she was lost. I was praying to find her as I was worried she'd have a hard time out in the wild. 😔 This afternoon I got news from my daily cleaner that Buhawi was found dead in some stacks of boxes on the ground floor. She probably crawled in there to die. 😭 Poor baby! 🙏❤️💡 I'm more watchful now when I'm enjoying outdoor walks with the kitties. I remind the indoor kitties daily that they're safer inside.

Daily walks continue for me. Some days I get to walk more. Other days I'm a little more tired and walk a little less. I'm thankful that I am able to maintain 2K steps so far. I'm still working on increasing my steps. One step at a time.. one day at a time..

It's funny but I think some folks just age but do not really grow up (mature). I say to thine own self be true. I'm at a stage in my life when I'm glad I can be me. I don't need to please others in any way. Over the years, I've learned that other people's opinions are none of my business. This has helped me to be less reactive. 😝 Besides, I enjoy having meh as reaction. Life has become simpler indeed.

Four days till end of May. Today I ordered the flowers for Mom's vault on Saturday. Can't believe it's been four years since we lost Mom. I still miss her every day. 🙏❤️💡

I actively work on these affiliate sites daily. I'm aiming to reach $5 now. That will be halfway to another payout.

Alas, I'm feeling sleepy now. Time to call it a day. I hope you are all having a fantastic day. Nighty night from Manila. Ta-tah! 👋

I am sorry about Buhawi, I hope she did not suffer.

I think we now have a cat. It showed up yesterday and my husband put a waterbowl out for it, he said he is not going to feed it because he doesn't want it coming into the fenced yard with the dog. I do not think she will treat it well, she kills any animal she sees. It is not her fault, for years she had to kill to eat and I do not know how to break her from it. She has plenty to eat now, but a couple of months ago she killed a turtle.
Today the cat was back and the dog saw it outside the gate, she barked like she wanted to get to it. I pray the cat goes home.
