Happy #thankfulThursday π It's that time of the week when I look forward to the coming of another weekend. π Well, just last week, I got my bluetooth headset and it has been really useful esp. for my walking exercise. π
On really good days, I manage to reach more than four thousand steps, a little less on some days. π No secret formula except I added more time for my late afternoon / evening walk. I do need to rest after a while as it does get a little painful. I can manage though, and I do feel the exercise is helping a lot. π
I've been needing a new handbag, and I'm quite thankful for algorithm on my online shopping app for this recommendation. π I would not have bought it but then there's the 9-9 sale and saw I'd have some savings if I bought it within the sale dates. Turns out it's exactly what I need. π
It's a mini knapsack and so I tested it. I love the many side pockets on the bag too. π I do believe I deserve this treat. That's for achieving my daily step goals. π One task at a time... one day at a time...

This quote resonates with me a lot. I do feel we get to keep everything we learn in this lifetime. Perhaps there's truth that we are starseeds and come with ancient wisdom and cosmic origins. If such is the case, then the soul remembers all. It's always worth it to invest in our learning. πβ€οΈπ‘ Just as important, it would be great to connect with our emotional and vibrational self. So yes, it's necessary to disconnect from distractions from time to time and enjoy quiet moments of meditation and reflection. π
Nineteen days to go. This second week is almost coming to an end. After which there would be just two more full weeks left. π Days are indeed going by too fast. π
