A grateful heart wins, living a life of appreciation, a life of gratitude wins all in the journy and battles of life.
My sister and friend witnessed and was also involved in a terrible accident recently within the city on a city commuter tricycle shuttle, just within the town. It was very terrible, but God saved her soul and some other occupants of the commuter tricycle, popularly known as "Keke napep" in my city.
She's a civil servant, going to work everyday, applying the same route, going to work and returning home. It so happened that on that particular day, she prepared for work as usual, made her moves, not knowing that that was an ill fated city shuttle, Keke.
It was not long they left, than the driver was just speeding, driving recklessly, trying to over take or bypass most of other vehicles before him. As she said, the occupants most especially herself was pleading with the driver to drive considerably, "please driver, mind other vehicles and pedestrians on the road"
"try to be calming down naa" 😂, but he kept it at that higher speed limit he had decided to take, he ignored them, and ignored their advices too.
Until, suddenly, he decided to speed pass a trailer. Just as he had engaged to overtake the trailer, from a wrong side of the road, another vehicle came up almost immediately before him, it resulted into a horrible head on collision,

If you know tricycle, Keke napep very well, you will know it doesn't have doors like the real cars and buses. That's why they're not allowed to drive on expressways or to go on a very long distance journeys. Rather than within the town as was th case here, just a town shuttle.
As both of them colided, her fellow passengers, failed out on the road by that force of collision, she herself was flinged off immediately out by that same force, onlookers were yelling at them, confusion everywhere, the driver got a deeper cut on his leg, many others were wounded on any part of their bodies, but God Almighty saved her from any mishap. She only hit her head somewhere, no open wounds, no dislocation of her hands or legs. She was very much intact.
When she came out and saw others being taken out for treatment, she realized what cares God has given her just at that moment. Though she still went for a checkup to know if there could be any internal wounds but she was satisfied okay and free. The trummer was much on her for some months....
She and her family decided on this very Sunday to make it a special thanksgiving Sunday service for the whole family.... Herself, husband and children, all glammed on a particular high quality material.... Isi Agu material uniform as you can see them looking the same, signifying a deep rooted gratitude to God and to men for the benevolency of God, saving her Iife from such an emergency destruction that wanted to waste her life....
Only a grateful heart can give thanks. We all joined the family to give thanks to God for saving her Iife. She can't tell if the other passengers survived or something serious happened to them. She's grateful, God saved her life and the whole congregation joined them to demonstrate gratitude to God also.
