Ladies, good evening, Food is the most essential part of life very necessary for every living soul to eat regularly as demanded. Delicious meals adds up nutritional values and balancing to our bodies. Good food makes us grow appropriately, replenishes won out tissues of our bodies.

"What food or dish are you loyal to for life, and why?"

Food gives strength, energy, helps us to reason well and to act well too. The quality benefits of eating good food, moreover our favorite food is uncountable.

I eat and love good food, as an African woman, I love to eat soup and garri. Garri and any kind of soup is a steeple food we eat always in this side of the world, it has a little long process to prepare but very fulfilling when one craves a particular kind of soup.

I eat barely all kinds of solid and sustainable food to stay alive and healthy. Recently, I was advised to to eat more of iron content kind of food in order not to have some iron deficiency. I heed to the advice but ordinarily, I don't eat unripe plantains. I rather eat ripped plantains, either by mixing it with beans, frying it all alone or better still cooking it then use some well prepared source to eat my ripped plantains. I eat well cooked white rice and stew with any kind of meat, the rice could also be a jello rice, rice mixed with beans, I eat white boiled yam, potatoes with either omelette or just red oil with onions, blended red fresh peppers or dry ones. In totality, I eat every well made food.

Here's the very recent food I made and ate not too long ago because of the necessary demand of iron in my meals. It was actually a portage unripped plantain and a quality chicken parts, cooked together, they blended very well and together. It was very delicious, I added some veggies, like Saint leaves, utazi, a kind of local leave, the taste was fantastic. I loved it, it was my very favorite food that very day. Remember, foods are meant to be changed. It's not proper to keep eating one type of food to make it your favorite. One can be substituted for every others.
