My hive weekly goal and helping my friends to join hive

I welcome you friends to a brand new week, here on hive, we share love each day so many my hively love meet you well as we continue on life journey.

Last week, I enjoyed so much on hive, yes, while consuming some content on hive, I learned that, I'm not the only one who love hive from heart but so many of you who show up each day to share your life goals. I had opportunity to communicate with those who celebrated their 20 years of happy marriage. What a wonderful community we have here, connecting with people from different backgrounds who come together on hive and do things together like one family.

I know how felt this morning as a friend on hive shared with us the lost of family member which will keep her absent this week. It just hit me because a friend of mine sister will be buried this Saturday. You can see the connection, on hive, we are not seeing each other but through our different blogs, we have come together as one so engagement remains the big key on social platforms like Hive.

with that in mind, engagement is on my goal list this week as number one. Number 2 is to participate in our we are alive weekly staking which will take place tomorrow Tuesday. I know I'm truly engaged this week but qc community contest, ladies of hive contest in also in my list. What if heartbeatonhive curation Collection Run, I'm in for this week. I will also help some of my friends that joined hive to make their introduction post. Below are some of them.

You can see that, hive promotion, assisting, mentoring and training is the only way to retain newbies on Hive which is exactly what we found in we are alive community. My next goal this week is to increase my ALIVE stake, my stake last week was less than 300, this week, I will buy ALIVE to stake, my target is 300. A journey of 1,000 years they say begins with a step, my goal this year is 10kAP. Right now I have only 4,204.872. you can see that, I have 5,795.128 remaining to reach my 2025 goal . In this remaining 6 months of the year, I have approximately 1k to stake every month which is 250 each week. Stepping up on stake now will help me to reach not waiting for year end.

Another goal for me this week is to increase my exercise, I feel it has dropped a bit. I know I have the one I do before sleep on the bed and the one when I get up but for 2 weeks now, I'm not regular again and my weight has increased with 3kg which is not healthy enough on my part. As we get older,is not the right time to gain much weight so I plan to shake it off before month end. I'm going to update us on the progress.

On the exercise bit, you can start on your bed. Just lie on your back and lift your legs 90degrees for 5mins. You can rotate your legs and move them side to side.

Accompany with fast paced music or instrumental. Exercising can become a habit, not a chore.

Oh wao I sure will practice this exercise tip dropped here.

According to the CDC, in 2023, in the US, 32.7% (roughly 1 in 3) of adolescents aged 12-17 had pre-diabetes!! It's the latest data on this.

This is pretty alarming data! A person with pre-diabetes is at a higher risk of developing Type 2 diabetes and conditions like heart disease & stroke!
