Thursday is here already a sign that the weekend is around the corner. It's also time to appraise the activities for the week concerning one's plans to find the way forward.
Looking back with gratitude for coming this far, knowing that it's not by one's physical strength alone but by God's special grace. And coming to the realization that leading a thankful life is the beginning of abundance.
Sometimes acknowledging the fact that some things we underrate are actually the most things of immeasurable worth. Like being able to put one's thoughts down coherently, having one's sight or breathing without external aid.
I stopped and reflected on those, family, friends and I'm in awe. Knowing how it feels to be surrounded with such priceless gifts, being alive and thriving. It's such an amazing and indescribable feelings.
To be content with what one has does not require much just a heart that understands and appreciates that one does not need to have everything to be happy but have to be happy for everything one has. This is contentment.
While some may see this as limitations, I see it as contentment. That is not to say one should not aim high but when much attention is placed on those things one has not, it rubs off one's peace. One begins to overlook the priceless gifts within and focus on those things one hasn't got.

I'm thankful for this great idea of #thankfulthursday challenge by the @wearealive tribe. It's a moment of deep reflection. Though sometimes I get busy with life and unable to make a post. But it creates that consciousness in me to be grateful for everything that I have, whether written down or not.
When we find reasons to be thankful for everything, we lack reasons to be miserable. Thank you for your support. It's thankful Thursday.
