Do you consider your self fit/ Healthy?, are you or you are planning to be fit. What are you doing or planning to achieve that.
Fit=- for one to ne physically fit what does it mean? It means the ability to carry out ones daily activities with without any interruptions caused by illness. Fitness also goes beyond sickness how? If we are emotionally drained, we are not fit at that moment because, some our daily tasks, chores as well as work's will be affected. To be fit, pne needs to be emotionally, mentally and physically fit. As of the time of making this post, i am fit.
Healthy- This goes together with fitness. To be healthy , it it includes your total well-being. Yes, on this regards, one needs to eat more of balance diets, engage in whole body exercise, avoid harmful floods that attacks the body and having enough rest.
To ne fit/healthy, here are the tips to follow.
- Dont miss breakfast. This is very important be6if you don't eat on time, you might likely develop ulcer. When we eat tonight on time, it helps us to remain fit and healthy.
- Eat balance diets. Mate's, check your food intake. Do eat more of fruits and vegetables? Very important this helps you maintain your fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
- Have enough rest. No matter they nature of your job, make sure you have enough rest, when you deprive your body rest, it affects your whole body.
- Drink enough water. At least eight glasses of water each day.

- Exercise regularly, exercise helps the free float of blood in our body. It helps and reduces cardiovascular problems.
