This cake takes me back to my adolescence, evokes the nostalgia I feel for the absence of my grandmother Margarita, this cake is moist, soft and dense inside, with the essence of a pudding. This cake reminds us that delicious, tasty things are born from simple things with simple ingredients.
In a blender mix the main ingredient:
6 cambures with a splash of vanilla. Keep it aside.
Other Ingredients:
3 cups brown sugar
200 grams of margarine
4 eggs
4 cups of leavening wheat flour.
3 teaspoons baking powder.
1 1/2 tsp baking soda.
1/2 cup chopped milk with a little vinegar.
The process of making my first cake:
In a bowl with electric mixer mix margarine and sugar until creamy.
Add the eggs one by one, then the previously cut milk with the splash of vinegar, the dry ingredients are added calmly and calmly.
Finally add the cambures and manually with enveloping movements, mix everything. Place the mixture in a mold of your choice, previously greased with butter and flour so that when you put the cake in the oven at 350 degrees it does not stick. How do I know when it's ready? When you stick a knife in and it comes out clean.
I hope you like my recipe, if you do please share the photo with me. Thank you and to taste accompanied by a rich and sparkling espresso coffee.
