Going to the beach is not a destination, it's enjoying the moment... It's a great decision to be comfortable, radiant while recharging myself with positive energy.
Relaxing my mind and wearing my swimsuit for the first time is a therapy for my soul. I have a deep connection with the sea. The sea and the color blue give us an instant dose of calm, creativity and well-being.
To put on that divine bathing suit, just bought and with attitude to wear it with stretch marks, cellulite on the beach, that's living.
Today I came to the beach and I saw that there are people who are self-conscious about their bodies, they are ashamed and they live by covering up and covering themselves so that “they are not seen badly” and they deprive themselves of living fully that which they want. They think that one day they might have a body to enjoy... without understanding that it doesn't work that way.
Even the most attractive people often feel insecure about their body and there is no gym that will take that away from you.
And the beach just slaps you with the reality that there are people who without having a sculptural body, but being at peace with themselves they wear what they want and enjoy... I am one of these people.

I remember my mom on a walk on the beach, she was 75 years old at the time, she wore her "Catalina" swimsuit, my mom had a lot of varicose veins on her legs, some of her friends asked her if she wasn't ashamed to be in a swimsuit, to which she wisely replied. "Anyone who wants to waste their time on the beach looking at an old woman in a bathing suit with varicose veins on her legs, let them do it, I'm going to the beach to enjoy the water, the scenery and the sea breeze" ... And that, @jane1289 is worth the bliss. My mom is 87 years old today, and when she goes to the beach even with a walker to walk she wears a bathing suit 👙 and smiles happily.
Because at the end of the road there will always be someone who will criticize you, but is it worth it to stop living for that?
