In my own company I celebrate myself. Why should I love myself first? because our function of being alive is to love and be loved to be able to whisper with patience that love does not end, it transforms into kindness, attention and care, happening to other people and to the world itself.
On the subject of love and friendship, I can say that it is not a feeling, that it is a commitment that is chosen every day, where self-esteem is extremely important, the list of emotional priorities and the vanguard in well-being that comes with what is defined today as soft skills.
In love and friendship I am the first priority.
Reminder for those who say “don't believe in love”... Love does not fail, people do. For this reason, the one I should love first is myself... Why? Because we forget that magic comes from that intensity that we inhabit and that we put that magic into the world. I am the one who puts the magic where I put my heart.
From my own experience, my best friend is myself, because sooner or later the bonds change with others. Because everything good that you give to the world, in one way or another, comes back.
Today I want to wish that everything we have given starts to come back. May the love and friendship we cherish outside also live inside each of us. May we feel it in every positive thought, in every person around us with good energy, in every moment of calm and well-being.
The commitment is always with me, because I always celebrate all my versions of self-love and self-esteem. By the way, the cheese and chocolate snack were part of my gift, this February 14th.
