It is the enjoyment of my process of living each day…
Happiness is not an end Is the enjoyment of my process of living each day…
Every day I choose the lenses with which I will see that day, those that bring me closer to what I want for myself or those that take me away... when I have no way to change the environment, or the circumstances that surround me, I work based on moving away or stop ruminating the thought with an activity that refocuses me, takes me out of anxiety, fear, anxiety or uncertainty... This is called thinking.

In my experience... What do I do to find happiness in my adult life?
I usually do it manually or with movement,... For example: I can read romance novels struggling with myself to keep the focus on what I have real in time and space, by the way, I'm reading Victor Frank's The man in search of meaning, please read that book is spectacular, another thing I do is listen to music while I fix drawers or fold freshly laundered clothes, I do exercises while watching TV, and many other things more, like study anything that interests me, and even visit my cousin José's farm and watch the joy to live of these organic egg-laying hens, on the outskirts of my city.
It's my struggle with my brain to come up with good ideas.
Because the brain is made to defend us against any mood, it puts it on alert, and it turns out that 90% of the things we think about daily do not happen. So we uselessly put ourselves on alert.
That's why we have to be aware so as not to get carried away by the maelstrom of conjectures that can awaken our emotions. And that's every minute! And the best way is to be busy.
That's how I learned to love the simple things that gave me peace, serenity and tranquility, these three words are at least for this adult woman, true happiness.
And that is one of the most difficult things that exist in adult life, because it requires having looked inside with an honesty that not everyone gives themselves permission to have. Part of my happiness depends on what I do and built in my life.
Happy international day of happiness. Janitze 💃
