Random log as I remember that I should be logging, haha. Twas a HOT day with lots of walking (afternoon jaunt was not exactly pleasant), but daddy-duty requires it.
Spent some quality time with the wee one and closed all the rings. I’m still nowhere near where I need to be re: a fitness routine, but at least I’m moving around.
