Comenzamos la semana visitando este ¨barrio¨: porque tenía que cumplir con unas de mis ¨citas¨¨médicas¨, y mientras me ocupaba de ellas, mi nieta y Gabriela me esperaban en un hermoso ¨lugar¨: . We started the week by visiting this "neighborhood":because I had to keep some of my "medical" appointments, and while I was taking care of them, my granddaughter and Gabriela were waiting for me in a beautiful "place":. This is a "tree": very well known in much of the world. La verdad es que la pasamos genial, pero debíamos regresar a casa, no sin antes ver una obra que han hecho chicos de la escuela en uno de los paredones. No hay datos de los niños ni del colegio que han creado esta preciosura; demás está decir que a mis nietas les ha encantado. Es un trabajo sencillo, como pueden ver; hay un gran árbol, un casco de estancia y el tradicional aljibe para beber agua fresca. La ¨obra¨: representa la vida sencilla que tienen las personas que viven en lugares como estos. Ha sido maravilloso descubrir este precioso trabajo hecho por niños; a mis nietos les encantó.
We had a wonderful time, but we had to go home. Before we did, we saw a mural painted by some schoolchildren on one of the walls. There's no information about the children or the school that created this beautiful piece; needless to say, my granddaughters loved it. It's a simple work, as you can see; there's a large tree, a farmhouse, and the traditional cistern for drinking fresh water. The "artwork": represents the simple life of people who live in places like this. It was wonderful to discover this beautiful work made by children; My grandchildren loved it.
