The reserve is the place to search for "Fungi-Friday" [Esp/Eng]

in FungiFriday6 days ago

How great that we meet again in this wonderful "FungiFridayCommunity": to participate in this great "FungiFridayContest": This is one of those challenges that, more than a contest, is an opportunity to learn or expand your knowledge about fungi; A truly beautiful and interesting world to discover.

I know that most people who read my posts have seen photos of the beautiful reserve we have near our home, but some read about the place and have no idea what it is. For all of them, I'm sharing some shots of the different trails on the property, which are the ones we use for our weekly searches.

This is a "species": that, besides being striking and beautiful, is one of those fungi that has much to offer, and those who seek it out for its qualities are very happy every time they find it. These "fungi" need wood to develop; I understand that they are not edible due to their appearance, although I have read that some people have prepared recipes with them. My suggestion is that you seek advice before consuming them.

¨Trametes¨-¨versicolor¨:

Another "specimen" :that we've been finding frequently in the last month is this peculiar species. The truth is, the more we find them, the more I enjoy seeing them. They are truly wonderful "mushrooms," and from what I've read, they have healing properties. This type of specimen is always found on the same surface of a particular tree, one called "ash" : The truth is, I don't know why it always grows on the same type of tree

As always, the reserve is the best place to search for "mushrooms." There are beautiful and very interesting species there. Taking photos with our camera and learning about them is what attracts me most to this great contest: learning about the different models that exist in the world.

Those greens and those tall trees, it is so beautiful in there, I beautiful place to visit to do a stroll just to unwind. And the first mushroom looks familiar. I think I saw some of that in some old tree here in our place.

Good morning, dear friend @ruffatotmeee

This reserve is beautiful, with large trees and many plant species.

The mushroom you mentioned is very well-known in much of the world; I'm not surprised you saw it.

Thank you so much for this lovely visit and your support.

Have a wonderful day!

How wonderful to see the trails of this beautiful reserve!

Both species of mushrooms are beautiful, although I must say my favorites are the trametes.

Beautiful photographs!

It's wonderful to see the large trees on the property; it's a pleasure to walk in their shade.

The trametes are very beautiful mushrooms.

Thank you very much.
