Bienvenidos a todos mis amigos seguidores de este maravillosa ¨Shadow-Hunters-Community¨: no puedo creer como ha pasado el fin de semana, increíble que fuera lunes y estemos iniciando la semana participando de este genial ¨ShadowHunters-SMAShContest¨: El día de hoy hemos regresado al predio para hacer una nueva ¨cacería¨ de ¨sombras¨, como saben aquí hay muchos patrones hermosas para fotografiar y estoy feliz de haberlo conseguido

Welcome to all my friends and followers of this wonderful ¨Shadow-Hunters-Community¨: I can't believe how the weekend went by, it's incredible that it's Monday and we're starting the week participating in this great ¨ShadowHunters-SMAShContest¨: Today we returned to the property to do another "shadow hunt". As you know, there are many beautiful patterns to photograph here and I'm happy to have found some.

Creo que todos conocen de mi ¨condición¨¨médica¨, y que por ¨indicación¨ de la ¨profesional¨ debo caminar a diario; la ¨diabetes¨ además de la ¨medicación¨ y la ¨dieta¨, la caminata es muy importante para mantener los ¨niveles¨¨estables¨; por eso siempre que puedo y tengo opción vengo a caminar en esta preciosa reserva

I think everyone knows about my medical condition, and that, as prescribed by my doctor, I have to walk daily. Besides medication and diet, walking is very important for maintaining stable blood sugar levels. That's why whenever I can and I have the option I come to walk in this beautiful reserve

Además, la reserva es ideal para distraer la mente y olvidar todas las cosas que a uno le preocupa, algo que no hace bien a nadie, sobre todo si no solucionas nada pensando en ello mas que amargarse el día. Estar cerca de la naturaleza uno tiene la oportunidad de asimilar la ¨energía¨ que emanan las plantas, y de eliminar aquellas malas que no hace bien el organismo

While during our walk we saw and photographed with our "camera" : beautiful projections, the shadows I liked the most were those of the sleepers, or, rather, the "shadows" of this improvised wooden bench they designed here
