Sé que todos o la mayoría, al menos, tienen conocimiento de que una caminata diaria es muy beneficiosa para la ¨salud¨¨mental¨ y ¨física¨; por esa razón no nos perdemos por nada de participar de este genial desafío. Esta semana, y después de mucho tiempo, hemos regresado a esta zona del ¨barrio¨: para hacer nuestra habitual "caminata" de los "miércoles", y compartir con todos las tomas que hemos hecho durante nuestra caminata ¨fotográfica¨: que hemos hecho en esta ¨zona¨: de la ciudad.
I know that everyone, or at least most people, are aware that a daily walk is very beneficial for mental and physical health; for that reason, we wouldn't miss out on participating in this great challenge for anything. Qué genial que hayamos regresado a caminar por esta zona del ¨barrio¨: me encantó ver cómo ha avanzado esta zona del puerto y el nuevo ingreso al organismo; hay que admitir que era muy necesaria esta remodelación, dado que antes había que hacer toda una odisea para llegar al organismo. Con el gran crecimiento que está teniendo el puerto de la ciudad, pronto las aguas del río estarán colmadas de grandes embarcaciones trayendo y llevando contenedores a diferentes partes del país y del mundo.
