I agree with you 100%. Maybe 1% oversaturated, but yes: "You will love Paraguay or you will hate it." many expats say. And I love it! 100%! I am here since almost 12 years now. I would go so far that I say 50% of my heart is German, 50% Paraguayo. And yes, I wear a banderola on my clothing during the independence day/month too! Yeah! I really like Paraguay! (Sure there are "sub-prime" aspects... but... Life is what we make out of it. You know that as person living here.)
