CC-WEEK8 // The kid with a wild imagination and zero filter

in The Comedy Club2 days ago

At our last family gathering, things were going along as usual and it also seems as the best gathering I have attended because it's not about settling a quarrel, everywhere was peaceful. The adults were caught up in the serious stuffs, they are complaining about work, discussing about politics and the state the country is, the economy and all. Meanwhile, the kids were mostly quiet, watching baby shark doo doo doo on TV at least until my six-year-old nephew, decided to drop a bombshell.

Out of nowhere, he blurted, “but mom, why is my dad prick so big and long while my is small and short

The room froze. My dad stopped mid-chew, and even the little baby among us looked confused. You know that weird silence when everyone’s trying to figure out if the kid’s joking or if we should all get a cotton buds to clean our ears? Yeah, that.

The little boy stared at us like this was the most obvious question in the universe. “I mean, think about it! When I saw dad's prick it looks really good, I even heard mommy complementing him and maybe I can make mine like that too I want to be complement like dad. My sister rush to him and cover his mouth but it's already too late.

Cue a wave of laughter. My uncle nearly snorted his drink out. “So that's what you are teaching your children?” he said,he started teasing her in the most funniest way, wiping tears from his eyes. “No wonder he looks so quiet today, so he was preparing this bomb.

He looked around and see that we are all just laughing, he gets out of his mom grip and said "I will just ask grandpa, Grampa, is your prick big, can I see it and my dad choke on nothing and said " take this boy out of here before he kill me"

The room erupted in laughter again. I could already picture how lost my little nephew would be. But funny enough the boy innocent comment turned our ordinary dinner into a hilarious interstellar sitcom, proving that sometimes the best comedy comes from the most unexpected sources like a kid with a wild imagination and zero filter.

Thanks for checking on my blog and have a wonderful day
