I suffered but I overcame it too

Hello everyone!!!!

I hope so you all are fine and happy 😊

2025 is the year of more suffering for me at least the first six months i suffer a lot both mentally and physically , although some things in my life disturbed me mentally but i wonder that how it effects on my physical health too.

The year of suffering!!!

I think it's the first time in my life that how i suffered mentally and it had severe effect on my physical health too and believe me healthy diet can't help me to get physical health in those days as i become more week both mentally and physically and it hurts me a lot.

How do I keep myself back on track???

Life is about ups and downs but sometimes we do overthinking about many things happen to us in life especially the bad things happen to us. I start to overthink about the worst thing happened to me, i can't tell here what are those little things which was in my mind at that time as it's too personal and i can't share it on social media. As in my opinion hive is also another type of social media but on web 3.

How i stopped myself from overthinking!!!

Things were so over in mind that at day time even doing my home chores i start to think about those things who badly hurt me, although I'm not of that kind of person because I easily let go of things and don't think too much about these stuff but i don't know how things overcome to me. But i know how to control of thinking about these things.

I know to control on overthinking is really hard but then if i start to think about those things which hurts me i was so conscious during thinking that immediately i stop to think about it and keep myself busy. It's easy to stay busy in day time while at night sometime it's hard to keep busy as it's our sleeping time and in such condition we also can't sleep.

it wasn't so easy to change our thoughts but it was in my control to let go of things so i did and here I'm after three months that I'm fine now as I find the problem which let me down and then find it's solution. I didn't take any stress pills as I treated myself with yuga and such exercise which keeps my mental health good. And once I shared in my post too that how's my first six months of this year and @shawnnft console me in good words that he forced me to think I'm not alone who's suffering and it helps me too to recover.

Now i can clearly see the good change in my physical health too as I seems myself fit.

In life, we pass through different phase. Riding the waves of life can be very difficult as it is filled with many ups and downs. Regardless of whether or not we fall, or succeed, giving up is never an option.

Overthinking drains a person gradually. I was once a victim and can totally relate to this post. Most times, I zone out when i'm thinking of things. Its not depression per se, but its just me creating voices in my head in form of thoughts.

I'm happy for you. You managed to let go and you healed.

Yes it's the difficult time when in overthinking we heard the voices in our mind but there are obviously ways to feel better and I'm happy too that I overcame it

Yes our body and mind have deep connection and if one is disturbed then the other will disturb too
