As I'm living in Pakistan and almost three day's ago Muslim holy month was started named Ramadan, it's the month of fasting, praying and give charity to people who are needy. But in Ramadan there's too much politics playing by people in our country which is sad too because there's no need to do this but still they do. Also there's good things started by the government which really feels good. Let me tell you both good and bad thing's happened in Ramadan in my country.

One good initiative in Ramadan!!!
As it's the month of fasting so people eat two times a day at dawn and dusk but everyone needs to eat a good diet to boost their energy level which can't be afford by poor people. Rich people gives their charity fund to poor people. Our government also started a initiative this Ramadan called Ramadan card which has 10,000 PKR. I know it's not worth mych but still I'm happy that they give to needy people.
How to apply for it?
So, as everyone has their CNIC or id card and you know our all information is on our CNIC card about our asset's or income. And people can apply online through their website by putting their CNIC number and if you're eligible for the donation then you'll receive a confirmation message and you'll get money in your account either bank account or any mobile account.
At first i wasn't believe it's real but then i heard from people that they receive money in their wallet from Ramadan card. I'm not the person who needs donation lol but I'm the person who give charity to people who deserve but I'm happy for this initiative in Ramadan.
High prices by merchant's!!!
Just like you know that during Christmas everyone buy new clothes, foods or gifts similarly Muslims really buy new clothes, good food and gifts for their family. I mean this is the month that everyone sure that selling thing's rate is high during Ramadan. Now our Marchants or salesman do a thing that they start to sell things at high prices although on fruits, vegetables, meats or other foods. Personally I don't like this behavior but i also tolerate it because i live here.
In my opinion, prices for things should be less for this month because they people will buy and let help anyone by Keep the prices low. You can say it's the month when your expense is double or triple just because everything is expensive in the market. I feel pity for the nation but it's just like a tradition which i saw when I was a kid. At that time i can't feel the pain but now i can feel the real thing.
