My Game Activity and Progress on Genesis League Goals: Local Tier Reached + My First Skill Earned!
Today I return to write about the game Genesis League Goals to share my progress and my strategy for advancing in tiers.
On Genesis League Goals it is possible to create two teams and today I reached my first important gaming milestone with my HIVENTUS team that passed both requirements (rating and fans) to enter the second tier: the Local Tier.
In fact on Genesis League Goals there are 5 Tiers.
Playing in the Tiers after Tier Solo is important because:
- the in-game rewards increase as you advance in the higher tiers
- starting from tier Local you can accumulate Pass Points for each victory and upon reaching a threshold of Pass Points you can receive a Skill.
Playing in Tier Local gave me the opportunity to receive my first Skill
Skills are Nfts that can be used in the Skills slots of player-type NFt or can be sold in the market.
My first Skill, BACK TACKLE, has an estimated value = $0.25
In the following image you can see all the Skills you can buy or earn by playing and in the same image I have highlighted the description of the skill I earned today.
I immediately wanted to try the Skill Back Tackle and assigned it to my defender Claudio Bravo who will have this skill for 5 games.
Playing in Tier Local also increased my game rewards compared to the initial tier.
For example, the last reward I got today after a draw was 6,585 GLX
Today, February 7, 2024, the value of 6.585 GLX (Highest Bid) = 0.13 SWAP.HIVE
Now that I am in Tier Local, it is not time to stop and instead it is time to accelerate the improvement of my team's strength.
Today I increased Coach Jeff Sprightly's star level (1 -> 2) by combining two cards into one.
My short-term goal is to increase the star level of the starting players in my two teams to the third = 4 BCX combination.
To do this I need to increase the amount of GLUSD I have by selling the cards I do not use or would be unlikely to use and buying the cards I need to increase the stars level of the cards I use as starters in my lineups.
On Genesis League Goals I purchased and opened 110 GLMSPA packs = 550 NFT.
Thanks to the useful tool GLS API I selected some most valuable cards from my collection that I do not use and put them up for sale.
If I manage to sell the cards I put up for sale today I will buy more copies of the cards that constitute my starting lineups so that I can increase the star level and be ready when and if I advance in Tier Regional.
Today I also combined some of my cards to have alternatives to use in matches.
For example, I increased the star level of Jean Mota who is a midfielder I like and whom I could put in the first team instead of Alfredo Morales to strengthen my midfield.
As for GLX tokens, I decided to set an accumulation goal: 50K GLX staked!
In my in-game wallet I have 31418 GLX staked and the only way for me to speed up my path to 50K GLX staked will be to increase the strength of my two teams, HIVENTUS and HIVENTUS2, in order to increase my in-game rewards.
Speeding up the accumulation of GLX tokens will be very important to me because in the near future there will be the airdrop of COLONY tokens and each GLX token staked will allow 1 COLONY token to be obtained from the airdrop.

GLG is a playable game since a few months and although there are many aspects to improve I see potential in this game because it has unique aspects compared to other NFT based games that have soccer as their theme.

La mia attività di gioco e i miei progressi su Genesis League Goals
Oggi ritorno a scrivere sul gioco Genesis League Goals per condividere i miei progressi e la mia strategia per avanzare nei tiers.
Su Genesis League Goals è possibile creare due teams e oggi ho raggiunto un mio primo importante traguardo di gioco con la mia prima squadra HIVENTUS che ha superato entrambi i requisiti (rating e fans) per entrare nel secondo tier: il Local Tier.
Infatti su Genesis League Goals ci sono 5 Tiers.
Giocare nei Tiers successivi al tier Solo è importante perchè:
- le ricompense di gioco aumentano con l'avanzare nei tiers più alti
- a partire dal tier Local è possibile accumulare dei Pass Points per ogni vittoria e al raggiungimento di una soglia di Pass Points è possibile ricevere una Skill.
Giocare nel tier Local mi ha permesso di ricevere la mia prima Skill
Le Skills sono Nft che possono essere utilizzati negli slots Skills degli NFt di tipo player oppure possono essere venduti sul mercato.
La mia prima Skill, BACK TACKLE, ha un estimated value = 0.25$
Nell'immagine seguente puoi vedere tutte le Skills che è possibile acquistare o guadagnare giocando e nella stessa immagine ho evidenziato la descrizione della skill che ho guadagnato oggi.

Ho voluto subito provare la Skill Back Tackle e l'ho assegnata al mio difensore Claudio Bravo che avrà questa skill per 5 partite.
Giocare nel tier Local ha anche aumentato le mie ricompense di gioco rispetto al tier iniziale.
Ad esempio l'ultima ricompensa ho ottenuto oggi dopo un pareggio è stata di 6.585 GLX
6.585 GLX hanno un valore di mercato (Highest Bid) = 0.13 SWAP.HIVE
Adesso che sono nel tier Local non è il momento di fermarsi ed è invece il momento di accellerare il miglioramento della forza della mia squadra.
Oggi ho aumentato il livello star del coach Jeff Sprightly (1 -> 2) combinando due carte in una.
Il mio obiettivo di breve termine è di aumentare il livello stars dei giocatori titolari nelle mie due squadre fino al terzo = combinazione di 4 BCX.
Per farlo devo aumentare il quantitativo di GLUSD in mio possesso vendendo le carte che non uso o che difficilmente userei e acquistando le carte che mi servono per aumentare il livello stars delle carte che utilizzo come titolari nelle mie formazioni.
Su Genesis League Goals ho acquistato e aperto 110 GLMSPA packs = 550 NFT.
Grazie all'utile tool GLS API ho selezionato alcune carte di maggior valore della mia collezione che non utilizzo e le ho messe in vendita.
Se riuscirò a vendere le carte che ho messo in vendita oggi acquisterò altre copie delle carte che compongono le mie formazioni titolari per poter aumentare il livello star e per trovarmi già pronto quando e se avanzerò nel tier Regional.
Oggi ho combinato anche alcune mie carte per avere delle alternative da utilizzare nelle partite.
Ad esempio ho aumentato il livello star di Jean Mota che è un centrocampista che mi piace e che potrei mettere in prima squadra al posto di Alfredo Morales per rinforzare il mio centrocampo.
Per quanto riguarda i token GLX ho deciso di fissare un obiettivo di accumulo: 50K GLX staked!
Nel mio in-game wallet ho 31418 GLX staked e l'unico modo per me per velocizzare il mio percorso verso i 50K GLX staked sarà quello di aumentare la forza delle mie due squadre, HIVENTUS e HIVENTUS2, in modo da aumentare le mie ricompense di gioco.
Velocizzare l'accumulo dei token GLX sarà molto importante per me perchè nel prossimo futuro ci sarà l'airdrop dei token COLONY e ogni token GLX staked permetterà di ottenere 1 token COLONY dall'airdrop.

GLG è un gioco giocabile da poco tempo e anche se ci sono molti aspetti da migliorare vedo del potenziale in questo gioco perchè ha degli aspetti unici rispetto ad altri giochi basati su NFT che hanno come tema il calcio.
