Searching for posts that are worth featuring AND commenting on them every day is indeed time consuming, even if it's just one post... A while ago I had the idea of supporting 10 blog posts per day by bloggers who didn't earn much, but that project quickly stalled because of the amount of time it took to find quality posts that I was sufficiently interested in to comment on! So kudos to you and your team for your consistent effort.

It doesn't look like a big task but once you do it, you realise how much time and energy it requires. Curating is really not easy...
Congratulations OurPick and to the team who do the hard work for it daily! 4 years is a long time to do daily manual curation, including meaningful comments, and the posts with the picks.
It doesn't look like much to curate a handful of posts per day but once you do it, you realize that there is a lot of work and research involved. The team is doing a great job!
Many things are not difficult to do once or a couple of times. It's in the long term where most are lost and give up.
