These days of hard work, made even harder by my coworker's absences, leave me exhausted and with a lot of extra steps in my routine.

The days she’s off are really awful, and although she doesn’t get paid for that day, nobody compensates me for the sheer exhaustion I feel from covering for her
I completely understand I've been in that situation as well ,it's really not fair for you!!🙄
