They expect that we be strong and take it all in while not showing any form of.. uno weakness.

But we are humans too. It's just the world we live in.
See a man crying and weeping today and the first thing you tell him is.."haba, na man you be o." Meaning he's not expected to cry or feel bad, and even if he will, he shouldn't do so in the open unless he will be see as less of a man... But then, it is well.
