The total passed 18k steps naturally, a result of consistency rather than effort.

Breakfast: Oats with almond milk, cinnamon, and apple slices
Lunch: Grilled turkey with quinoa and roasted vegetables
Dinner: Tomato and spinach pasta with olive oil and garlic
Meals were simple but energizing, maintaining a solid balance of carbs and protein. Everything felt tuned to sustain energy and recovery without excess.
