🌿 Movement
A slow-paced start to the week. I took a short morning walk to get some fresh air and stretch out, then spent most of the day focused on rest and recovery. Despite the lower total, every step still counted toward keeping the rhythm of daily motion alive.
🍴 Food & Fuel
Breakfast: Oatmeal with apple slices and cinnamon
Lunch: Grilled vegetable wrap with hummus
Dinner: Chicken soup with rice and herbs
The meals were light, warm, and comforting — exactly what a restful day called for.
💭 Reflection
Rest is part of the cycle. Some days are built for long walks, others for slowing down. Today was about balance — staying connected to motion while giving space for recovery.
