They had some fancy bottom/floor for $SURGE, in case their math bottoms out that limit, they switch to buy backs. All other products of leostrategy, if you can call them that, also halted the dividend and now some buy backs are coming/planned, which equal doubt.

Latest things they did was, all products of leostrategy can now be swapped to $ACE, but if the past is presidency for the future, that's as reliable as dividend.😅
