Hola amigos de @home.solutions espero que esten teniendo una excelente semana, hace dias estaba por contarles y mostrarles un poquito de lo que fue el cariñito para el patio/fondo de la casa!! Hace unos dos meses que habia mucha lluvia el monte habia crecido bastante, sumado al monton de hojas que caian de la mata de mango, asi que ya tocaba hacerle un cariño, normalmente yo limpio el monte por partes, cada dia un poquito y asi hasta terminar, lo hago siempre despues de entrenar, pero este dia fue un domingo, asi que no habia entrenado y como tenia mucha mas energia limpié casi todo el mismo dia😂
Me dolian las piernas porque me agachaba, me ponia en posicion de peso muerto, me volvi a agachar y asi, hasta terminar de quitar todo el monte, rastrillar las hojas y amontonar para luego recoger (algo que no hice el mismo dia por falta de bolsas) pero bueno aun sin recoger el monte cortado y las hojas yo siento que si se nota bastante el cambio, ustedes que dicen? 😅

Hello friends at @home.solutions, I hope you are having a great week. A few days ago, I was going to tell you and show you a little bit about what the little treat for the backyard was! About two months ago, there was a lot of rain and the brush had grown quite a bit, added to the pile of leaves that fell from the mango tree, so it was time to do some work on it. Normally, I clean the brush in sections, a little bit each day until I finish. I always do it after training, but this day was a Sunday, so I hadn't trained, and since I had a lot more energy, I cleaned almost everything on the same day😂
My legs hurt from bending down, getting into a deadlift position, bending down again, and so on, until I finished clearing all the brush, raking the leaves, and piling them up to be picked up later (which I didn't do that same day because I didn't have any bags). But even without picking up the cut brush and leaves, I feel like you can really see the change. What do you think? 😅
