Hola hola amigos comelones de @hive.food espero que esten muy bien, hace rato no pasaba pero ayer me tocó grabar una receta para la tarea de mi pequeño Chris y obvio que tambien documenté el paso a paso para compartirla con ustedes por aca jeje!! En post pasados les habia contado que a los niños les estan envian actividades para el hogar y una de esas para Chris fue preparar una receta, pastelitos de maicena y obvio el estaba encantado de tener que hacerlo jeje asi que nos pusimos manos a la obra y como el resultado fue maravilloso aca lea dejo el paso a paso👇

In past ppst I had told you that the kids are being sent activities for home and one of those for Chris was to prepare a recipe, cornstarch cakes and obviously he was delighted to have to do it hehe so we got down to work and as the result was wonderful here I leave the step by step👇
INGREDIENTES:
✔️ 3 cucharadas de Maicena
✔️ 1 Platano Pinton
✔️ Queso
✔️ Carne Molida
INGREDIENTS:
✔️ 3 tablespoons of Cornstarch
✔️ 1 Pinton Banana
✔️ Cheese
✔️ Ground Beef
Okey vamos a comenzar pelando el platano y poniendo a hervir, recordando que debe estar pinton, es decir entre verse y maduro para lograr una masa mas firme

El siguiente paso es aplastar nuestro platano y agregar la maicena para seguidamente amasar muy bien hasta lograr una masa super manejable. No deben agregarle nada mas, solo amasar muy bien

Una vez tengamos la masa con ayuda de una bolsa y un poquito de aceite aplastaremos para dejarla delgadita y rellenar y formar el pastelito

Yo rellené uno con queso y el otro con carne molida y queso bueno, ayudé a mi chef jeje

Luego doblamos la masa y con un plato hacemos la forma, yo queria dejarla como una empanada pero el estaba empeñado en pasteñito asi que con un tenedor le hizo las marquitas😂

Luego llevamos a la freidora 10 minutos a 180° y a las 5 minutos le dimos la vuelta y listo!! Asi quedaron🥰🤤

La verdad yo tambien las probé y quedaron riquisimas 🥰 la maicena hace que queden mas firmes sin duda asi que sera una receta que voy a repetir pronto! Pero bueno, se cumplio la tarea, aprendimos una nueva receta y mi niño termino feliz😍 asi que espero se animen a hacerla.
