Hello, wonderful Hive community,
Often, the most valuable things in our lives do not come from luxury stores; they are passed down through generations, carrying the fragrance of the past and the memory of our ancestors.
The piece you see in the pictures is an ancient Islamic gold Dinar, crafted from pure gold with precise minting that reflects the high craftsmanship of early Islamic eras.

Details and Inscriptions:
Looking closely at the simple, unpointed Kufic script engraved on the face of the coin, we can clearly read the central Islamic declarations of monotheism (Tawhid):
- There is no god but
- Allah alone
- He has no partner
The center is surrounded by a circular margin with extended Kufic inscriptions, representing the traditional phrases adopted by Islamic mints (such as the Umayyad or Abbasid eras, or perhaps independent dynasties that ruled Yemen historically, given that this piece has been inherited and kept here in Yemen).
Civilizations are not measured by the glitter of gold, but by the immortality of the trace they leave behind, defying time and historical eras. This coin is nothing but a window through which we glimpse a glory crafted by hands long gone, yet its testimonies remain vibrant, inspiring generations.
Thank you for your time.
