About delegations, if you are a newbie, you need to start looking for accounts, iniciatives or communities you can connect with that offer delegations. There is for instance the perk system of @ecency, or the apis hive iniciative, or the plancton iniciative of the Hive Pizza Community just to put some examples you can enrole with.
