I do not often not get to 20k but I don't think it hurts to have a few easy days every now and again. I still got a few jobs done. The one pictured is a bit weird, but every now and again in the middle of the night, we get a wallaby trapped in our backyard. It makes a hell of a racket trying to get out, trying to jump over a 6 foot high fence, but failing. I have to get out in the dark, open the side gate, and basically chase them back to their home in the nature reserve.
I always just assumed we had left the gate open in the late afternoon, but the latest time, I was sure it had been closed for days, and there were no gaps in your fence anywhere. It took a while and some poking around but the back neighbour has an open yard and retaining wall build half way up his side of the back fence to level his yard which would make it an easy hop for a wallaby looking for a short cut back to the bush.
So I just knocked together a few steel post and rails I had in the shed together and made it a bit harder to get over the only low and open section of fencing.
The wallaby must have got a he'll of a fright doing an easy jump from the neighbours place but having a 6 foot plus landing on my side. They seem to survive it, but there is a bit of roo poo building up in that corner.
Time will tell if it works.
