Not a lot of activity today as it was raining early, and I skipped my run as I did not want to get all my stuff wet on a travelling day.
Luckily, by midday it had stopped raining so we could have a nice walk around Castle Comb in the Cotswolds area.
The roads and lanes are narrow.

Waking up in the night to pee is quite troublesome! There are various reasons for that, including some disease conditions, notably DM, Overactive bladder, Urinary tract infection, prostate problems, etc. These conditions need to be managed accordingly.
However, some other factors could lead to nighttime peeing that can be avoided with simple measures. Some tips are here
