My Actifit Report Card: July 26 2025

I finally got my 50 volunteer badge at parkrun it took me a while as I don't like giving my running up, to stand around doing time keeper and or marshalling. I do if really needed, but I really like the double dipping roles like pacer and course set up, so I still get my run stat.


I was a little faster this week, which I was happy with as I did course set beforehand, which meant I covered 10 km all together. Photo credit of me running to parkrun volunteer photographers
