Another parkrun done. The young bloke at the back faxing forward ran very fast and was only 4 seconds off the course record. Very impressive for his first visit
I was a bit slower, around the middle of the pack.
I should have been taking it easy in zone 2 heart rate, but I sort found myself running with a friend and ended up in zone 3 most of the way.
