The weather was not too great in the area I lived and over the beach.
It was the second Saturday with a covered sky. The clouds were building layers over layers above the city.
I thought that by rushing out to the beach. I might get away of the rain when it hits the ground.
My plan for the day was shuttered two hours after I arrived at the beach.

The weather has rapidly changed when I was tracking the beautiful spots on the beach to capture exceptional shots.
I had to make a decision to return and face the rain or find a shelter under the palm trees area.
The second option looked exciting because the area could be affected by a flash rain and the reappearance of the sun.
It was not going to make a move to survive this change in the weather without a back-up plan.

I took the moment to capture as many photos as possible before the wind made impossible the lens focus stabilization.
The dime light from the sun could not allow capture of the shadow on every space covered by the shade of the trees.
I find the nice places to capture the shadows further away, the parking lot on the beach.
It became risky to spend too much time in that area. As the entire place turned into a battlefield of the element of nature.

It was sand and water flying very fast around, offering not possibility to walk.
I went straight to the largest tree that I could find near my position.
My electronic devices were perfectly stored in a plastic bag inside my backpack with waterproof material in the fabric.
It was not serious to wait near the trees to see the situation change. The cold wind was starting to affect my body. Walking in the rain less powerful than twenty minutes before was the only option.

In adventure that was done after this walk of an hour under the rain. The next part of the journey involved the ride of my bike home within this cold, rainy weather.
I was not sure to engage the road in my current state. Although the rain intensity remains the same, I could feel the difference as I was getting away of the Ocean.
The area close to the business near the main road was populated with enough obstacle to the wind.
I found the safest way to preserve my body heat by head as quick as I could to the main road half a mile from my position and a mile away of the waves.
It was so nice to open the door of my house and change my wet clothes to warmer and dry one.
Two good things out of this experience were the challenge to walk back under the rain and the capture of shadow photos under this cloudy weather near the beach.
