Fitness to me isn’t just about lifting weights or hitting targets at the gym — it’s a full-body and full-mind experience. I ride a road bike often, fix phones and tech stuff daily, and stay up grinding to build something meaningful.
Do I consider myself fit? Yes — because I push forward mentally and physically, even when things don’t go my way. Fitness is a mindset, a drive, a discipline. I may not have it all figured out, but I’m in the game.
