The fact that many parents those days (7-13 years ago) really believed that homework does help, some even love it in numbers. It actually doesn't help because we only did them because we had to, not because we loved doing it: they were always in numbers.

I remember when I used to help a little girl with her homework, I get tired because it's too much for a kid. Some teachers give these kids so many homework to cover for their own work.

Schools should adjust their perception of what homework is and how teachers give them out to pupils and students.
