It's great that there is such an opportunity to feed cats. I saw something similar here, a squirrel nut machine. Were you in Turkey? There are a lot of cats living outside, and they are loved by everyone, allowed to warm up and sleep in cafes or shops.

        This is awesome - a squirrel nut machine!
        People in Turkey also do a lot about their stray cats. When I told my colleagues about this vending machine, someone said he saw similar in Turkey, providing food and water.
