I assume that one of the major factors that you look for on a "good" community is the presence of multiple active leaders. 🧘‍♂️🤓

I think that it usually is (but not always) the case that active leaders have good communication as one of their traits !INDEED. 🧘‍♂️🤓

I'd say often rather than usually, as it's pretty hit or miss from what I've seen. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

Do you mean that even if the leader (or the leadership) of a Hive community is active, they are usually not good in communication !INDEED? 🤔🤯😅

Sadly, yes, that is often the case. Good communication is key. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

Looks like you would say that it is often (though not necessarily) the case is that a community with only one leader who is good at communication beats other communities with more than one leader but whose leaders are not that good at communication. 🤔🧘‍♂️🤯🤓

Yes, indeed, I agree with that. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

It's a good thing that #HiveBuzz (which is one of the most !FUN projects here on Hive) has (at least) one community engagement team member, so not only does its bot issue badges by the hour to all qualified Hive accounts, but the project itself feels more alive with someone replying to (human) comments on the HiveBuzz project posts and comments nearly all of the time. 🤔😎😏
