Production deployment today did not go as planned. Turns out one of the things we thought was easy to change is not and it caused a big delay.
I also decided to not wait for the new hardware and upgrade my witness to the latest version 1.28.3 from 1.28.0 and to expedite the process I temporarily disabled it so that full blockchain replay can happen without interruption.
We are five days away from the hardfork and it should be ready before then.
