One of those days when you work hard all day but don't get much accomplished.
At least I had a nice half an hour HIIT workout in my garage in the evening. The temperature was seventy seven degrees so I got drenched with sweat.
Our daughter saw me right after the workout and asked: Why are you drenched like that?
Well a good HIIT workout tends to do that, besides I sweat really easily.

Today was the first day of June and we have a lot of birthdays this month including mine.
We also have a business trip coming up where my wife is going to Minneapolis again and I will be playing Mr Mom again.

Hive is having pumps recently, unfortunately they are fading quickly, but at least it shows that Hive token is alive and not completely forgotten.
And this is happening while Bitcoin is not acting very bullish. The war in Iran seems to be in some sort of weird cease fire. Though it sounds like the deal that has been promised for a while is nowhere near to be signed.

Oil is still hanging around a hundred dollars and the gas prices are still at $6 around here. This and high interest rates are keeping a lid on our local Seattle area real estate market.
It is spring and lots of new listings are coming up, but I don't see much sales mostly price cuts. This is definitely not our usual strong spring selling season.

I wonder what the rest of the year is going to be like...
P.S. pictures in this post are from our trip to Maui, Hawaii earlier this spring.
