You can find them easily here in my country, Dewabrata and me is from the same country but different area, and those food stall is abundant here. I don't hik we have any kind of helth inspector, although we have the special force that keep them selling the food in good place.
But yeah, part of the country that need to be adresss, but the food might get a lot more expensive.
Not a place to bbuy food if you aer new to the Indonesian food, your stomach might not be able to handle it.
