The line between life and death is very thin; a slight negligence can result in death. This is what every governments should consider and give priority to healthcare. Hospitals shouldn't be blamed because they are not "father Christmas". Enough funds should be pumped into healthcare or health insurance to ensure people, the world over, can access adequate care .... anywhere and anytime.
