Greetings 🙏 dear Hiveans and community members.

If you need to be a part of this interesting prompt click here to know thw details.

Would you invest, save, spend, donate, or start a business? Why would you choose that option, and what long-term impact would it have on your life?

Getting a $1000 once in blue moon is definitely not a joke. When we do not have enough money in hand,no expectations, but once in hand, expectations are past our imagination.

Depending on the situation, I would decide if I had to invest, save, spend, donate or to go ahead with a business. But I do have a second thought, If ever I happen to win $1000 I would help the vulnerable community.

Presently, Iam going through fasting in this holy month. And the best thing I can do is charity. You should have thought why Charity ? Its simple..... In most Orphanages, Old Age homes etc. their are sponsors to help the needy.

But when it comes to this vulnerable community whom I often see in streets and roads, hardly there is anybody for their assistance. Most of them being abandoned from their own homes and taking shelters either in a corner of some restaurants or streets.

Hardly we could find a smile in their face, but always with an expectation, when we near them. A hope ignites in their face, when you near them.

Another interesting thing is many of them hesitate to ask for help or assistance. Probably, they must have held some respectable position in their youth, which prohibits them from taking help in their old age.

Around 10.00 a.m. daily, I see a man aged 70, approximately, pulling a cart and calling out loud while reaching each household to purchase any. Usually it consists of lot of kids items, plastic items, sandals and utensils etc. It is sad, but then its a part of his livelihood.

Just today I saw a video in the youtube channel, where a person insists a person to take a bundle of either 100 Rs. or 500 Rs. from his hand and the next moment he asks them to count the amount in 30 seconds. The amount counted in 30 seconds is completely given to the person counted. As such this person achieved Rs.24,500.

He said its all yours. But the person being too generous said I have enough money to survive, so why don't I help this vendor, a man in his early 70's selling bottled juices. The initiative impressed the people standing around that he got a good applause and the old man was nearly to tears.

This is what came to my mind when I saw the title.

Thankyou for your valuable time and patiencw.
