It’s a completely different world, my friend. The first time I flew cross country while I was still a student pilot. I realized I just can’t stop and pull over Lol!😇🤣
Absolutely, that I know for sure! Haha...yeah, it's not exactly like driving a car cross country, that's for sure! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
I was flying over a dense forest in Kentucky..... nothing but trees for miles and miles, not a place to lose an engine!🙄
Wow, yeah, that would be a very inconvenient location to have mechanical issues! I'm glad that you never did, my friend! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
I was trained to react to a engine out situation as a student pilot....... unfortunately that was usually one of my week points being able to glide dead stick!😳🙄
Ah, then I can see how flying over vast tracks of forest could indeed be a tad stressful! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
It certainly made me think about the reliability of my single engine aircraft, I'm glad I was flying a brand new aircraft at the time!!!😇😀
That's a very good thing, my friend, and slacking on equipment maintenance is never a good idea, but many times more so with an airplane! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
Very true my friend!🙄
I have had my share of mechanical issues with airplanes….
Once I found the wrench on top of the cylinder head when I preflight checked. Another time I found a bubble on the front tire. It was about to blow a third time I started up the engine and had zero oil pressure!🙄
