People are greedy
People are greedy. It is the inherent greed in our human nature that makes us always want to take authority over others. There is no other way to explain what we are experiencing in the world without thinking about the subject of greed. Greed is a terrible cancer that is killing our love for each other. It makes people to do what is inhumane to others. Imagine treating others as if they are not humans!
Greed makes the greedy to lack a sense of feeling or pity for others. They only care about what pleases them. Those who wants to take authority over others wants to satisfy their selfish interest. So, in my opinion it is greed that makes people to seek to take power over others.
We do not want to submit and serve
Everyone wants to be in charge. Even children find it difficult to obey their parents. Servants do not want to be under the subjection of their masters. Insubordination is another factor that makes people to want to be on top of others. The many problems in the world would have been solved a great deal if we have accepted live with one another in love. We should submit and willingly obey those that we should obey.
Leadership is something that is needful. Everyone of us won't be the leader. But when leadership comes out of selfish interest (where the one in the helm of affairs just want to be there forcefully) such is a bad leaders
