I can relate completely! Fuzzy head after trying to accomplish a gazillion tasks before exhaustion kicks in. Yup, that is a normal day for me too. I always call it my brain fog afternoon; I should nap but am too stubborn to give in. lol

I've been trying to educate myself on this whole tiredness thing, and we ultimately can thank the Industrial Revolution for many of our woes... because suddenly we were forced into a "one schedule fits all" paradigm... but we all have our unique way of processing.
Knowing your "Chronotype" and taking naps really helps, particularly if you have flexibility in your personal schedule.
I get it, everyone is unique and is better off listening to their own body's signals. Napping just may have to be a part of my routine. ♥
Celebrate your naps! I think we often fight it because we've been told that "9-to-5 is when we work," regardless of whether or not that suits us.
