Beets? I never liked this healthy root vegetable earlier while growing up until when I first tasted it in a salad as an adult. Beets are one of the healthiest root vegetables š„ and what attracts me most is the color of the purple beets. Like them raw in salads and drinks but enjoy it cooked in vegetable soups

As children, we generally don't like vegetables; I think it's an acquired taste. Fortunately, you've come to appreciate this delicious and colorful tuber.

I have never tried beetroot in a cooked dish. Maybe next time, I'll get used to enjoying beets made into drinks like smoothies or juices.

You can always enjoy beet in several ways. Wash and sterilize it properly. Then cut in slices and add to carrot š„, cucumber š„ or avocado š„ to enjoy a healthy salad.
For soup, you can add it to spinach, pumpkin leave š with spices as a vegetable š„ soup š² . Enjoy š
